Many of these have eggs since I love them and they’re so nutrient dense. I try not to have eggs everyday though because I like to vary my diet. To remedy this I quite often have leftovers from dinner.
Breakfast is one of my favorite meals of the day. I’m blessed to be a stay at home mom and after I drop my girls off, I come home or go the gym then come home 😉, then invest in myself by making a healthy breakfast! I sit at the table to enjoy the view outside, and savor my food. Food is more than nutrients and it’s also more than pleasure. It’s truly both! Realizing that is an important part of my health journey.
